The customer is liable for all damages caused by him. He must therefore check whether his main residence contract provides for the holiday extension (holiday rental). The tenant certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his own liability and that of the persons accompanying him.

The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains with the owner.

The reservation is established for a determined number of people. If the number of people who arrive is greater than the initial reservation, the amount of the stay will be revised accordingly. If, however, the number of people should be greater than the capacity of the room, the additional people will then be refused.
When picking up the keys, an access key to the house and the room will be remise.
Thank you for paying attention to your keychain, any loss will generate additional costs amounting to 250 € including tax. As compensation, this amount will be added to your bill at the time of your departure.
The access to Maison Cachée is strictly reserved for our customers. The client undertakes not to show visitors around the premises unless he has not been expressly authorized. In the event of non-compliance with this principle, the reservation may be terminated immediately. The balance of the stay will then be payable in full without any compensation.

Duration of stay :

The signatory client of the contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Rental agreement ;

The online reservation becomes effective when the customer has guaranteed it by credit card valid on the date of the start of the stay.

Cancelation :

- If canceled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

- In case of late cancellation or modification or no-show, the Maison Cachée will require 100% of the amount of the stay.

- In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains with the Maison Cachée.

Regulation:

Payment to the owner by: Cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Respect :

The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises, make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the accommodation in good condition.

Services :

In the event of force majeure, La Maison Cachée cannot guarantee the regularity of water and electricity services regardless of the duration of the cuts or malfunctions as well as any sudden closure of the site caused by a force majeure beyond our control.
La Maison Cachée therefore declines all responsibility, beyond its legal liability, for any deprivation or reduction of enjoyment not resulting from its fault.
The responsibility of La Maison Cachée, beyond its legal liability, cannot be engaged in the event of breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, if the malfunction and repairs were unforeseeable.

Use of premises:

In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all, respect for a certain "art of living" is required.
It is particularly requested not to smoke inside the house. In the event of non-compliance with this instruction, smoke detectors could be triggered inadvertently and disturb everyone's comfort. This is why, for our smoking customers, we have stored ashtrays for them outside, accessible at all times. The customer also undertakes to respect the instructions for good manners which will be indicated to him and these general conditions of sale.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare and financially assume any damage for which he is responsible. This is also valid for all the equipment that would be made available to him during the stay.
Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors living in the house are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them. La Maison Cachée will not accept any liability for loss, theft and/or damage and/or injury to property and/or persons on the property, regardless of the cause.

Tobacco :

Smoking is strictly prohibited within accommodation. A cleaning fee of €135 may be required in case of odor or ashes in the accommodations.

Data Protection Act:

In accordance with law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We make a commitment not to transmit in any case the information which you communicated to us with other companies or organizations.
